Great to meet you!

At some point we all need help and I am confident that the future you will be thankful to the current you for seeking it in these difficult times. I typically work with adults navigating a wide variety of conditions, such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and trauma. My role is to be a guide towards the version of yourself that you want to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. I generally use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices, although sessions may include other modalities based on client needs. I will work with you to create realistic steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

My communication style is calm, empathetic, personable, and non-judgmental. My aim is to create a space where you can speak honestly and freely, especially when life gets overwhelming. My hope is that we build a meaningful therapeutic relationship, one in which you can find healing and achieve your goals. My sessions are a safe space for both vulnerability and growth.
