Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jeff and I am a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an MSN degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I also hold a Master's degree in Buddhist Studies from Naropa University. I offer harm reduction psychiatric symptom management and psychotherapy services. If you suffer with depression, anxiety, or trauma related distress, I will offer you a path to healing. My therapeutic work is based in Jungian, psychodynamic, humanistic, and ecological and Buddhist perspectives.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is genuine and open, with focus toward growth and actualization. My therapeutic specialties include harm reduction psychiatric symptom assessment, education and management, mindfulness meditation, and depth psychology work. Depression, anxiety, spiritual crisis, climate and existential distress, and struggles with culturally normative social structures and settings are examples of issues for which I provide support.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in helping answer questions and concerns about past psychiatric treatment and medication use, as well as current need for education, genuine informed consent, and shared decision making in symptom management. I value and I commit to the emergence of new paradigms of liberation psychologies and practices. I value spiritual and transpersonal approaches to healing transformation. I approach healing in relation to our inter-connectedness with Earth and self-regulating principles.
