Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who helps people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges—especially when past treatments haven’t worked as expected. I have experience working with more complex cases and take a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. I focus on careful medication management and truly understanding your full picture. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful, lasting improvement.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach to care. I want to understand not just what you’re experiencing, but how it’s affecting your day-to-day life and what you’ve already tried. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic and tailored to you, with a focus on thoughtful medication management and steady progress over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at what’s been going on and what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask about your symptoms, history, past treatments, and current stressors so I can understand the full picture.

My goal is for you to feel heard and not rushed. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer understanding of what’s going on and begin outlining a treatment plan together, which may include medication options, next steps, and goals for care. You can expect a supportive, collaborative environment where you’re encouraged to ask questions and be part of the decision-making process.
