I work with individuals seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, work-related stress, and neurodivergence. My approach is non-pathologizing—I see you as more than the difficulties you’re facing: worthy, capable, and deserving of care. I believe we’re wired for connection, yet often feel pressure to face struggles alone. You don’t have to. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, offering space to feel seen, build insight, develop practical tools, and move intentionally toward a more fulfilling, authentic life.
