Great to meet you!

I work with individuals seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, work-related stress, and neurodivergence. My approach is non-pathologizing—I see you as more than the difficulties you’re facing: worthy, capable, and deserving of care. I believe we’re wired for connection, yet often feel pressure to face struggles alone. You don’t have to. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, offering space to feel seen, build insight, develop practical tools, and move intentionally toward a more fulfilling, authentic life.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where we can work together to enhance your self-understanding and build upon your unique strengths, employing a client-centered approach that values your individual experiences and perspectives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, your current challenges, and any questions you may have about the process, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and supported, with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
