Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves a safe place to process life's challenges and discover hope. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. I specialize in relationships, attachment, anxiety, life transitions, and family dynamics. My approach combines evidence-based practices with genuine care, helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others. As a wife, mom, and pastor, I understand the complexities of balancing life's many roles and responsibilities, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they pursue healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and attachment-focused. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centered techniques to help clients understand their emotions, improve relationships, and create lasting change. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences without judgment. Together, we'll identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward healthier connections with yourself and others. For clients who desire it, I can also incorporate Christian faith into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to explore your story, what led you to seek counseling, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. I'll ask questions to better understand your relationships, life experiences, strengths, and current challenges. Most importantly, this is a chance for you to determine whether I feel like the right fit for your journey.

You don't need to prepare anything or have all the answers. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be honest, ask questions, and begin moving toward healing and growth. Together, we'll identify goals and discuss what the counseling process may look like moving forward.
