Great to meet you!

With over ten years of experience, I believe that therapy works best when you feel seen, heard, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is person-centered, which means I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I also believe that healing doesn't have to be serious all the time, so when it feels right, I welcome humor as part of the process.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family concerns, and major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, college students, and working professionals as they navigate the unique experiences and stressors in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective and integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Above all, I strive to provide compassionate, collaborative care that helps clients feel empowered, understood, and equipped with practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's on your mind, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
