Great to meet you!

Are you feeling anxious, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of where you belong in this complex world? Struggling to balance work and personal life? Maybe you’re navigating grief, a major life change, or carrying a sense of disconnection from yourself and those around you. If so, you don’t have to go through it alone.

With over a decade of clinical experience and backgrounds in International Disaster Psychology and Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, I bring a humanistic, multicultural, and trauma-attuned approach. I am warm, curious, and conversational—it won’t feel like a clinical session, but rather a supportive dialogue to help you unpack what matters most and discover what you want to bring into the room.

I love to tailor therapy to the various identities you may carry—whether cultural, ethnic, racial, spiritual, professional, relational, and/or personal. Together, we’ll honor your past and history, connect with your present self, and orient toward the future you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic, multicultural, and trauma-attuned. I draw on mindfulness and strength-based techniques to help you break unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced, authentic life.

I believe healing starts with being fully seen and understood, so I bring warmth, curiosity, and conversation into each session.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel supported, heard, and deeply respected for who you are. Sessions offer both practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions, and space to explore your story and identity.

Over time, clients often leave feeling more empowered, grounded, and confident in themselves—clearer about who they are, how to care for themselves, and what they want in life.

My goal is to help you strengthen your resilience, honor your history, and step into a more authentic and intentional future.
