Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am excited to meet with you. I have been a counselor for over 20 years and hold licenses in Alabama, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas. My experience includes working with substance abuse issues and various aspects of mental health. I have also worked with the military population and supported the LGBTQ+ community. I am here to help you navigate what is important to you, and I look forward to embarking on this journey together! If you are unable to find a session time that fits your availability, feel free to message me and I will be glad to work with you to find a mutually convenient date/time!

My approach to therapy

Thomas S. Monson said, "We were not placed on this earth to walk alone." The therapeutic journey offers support while navigating your thoughts and feelings. Your story is important to me and you deserve to be heard and validated during your most vulnerable times. It is my hope to communicate clearly and openly in order to best meet your needs. Life isn't always an easy path, but you don't have to walk it alone.

What you can expect from me

The first step is often the hardest step! And you’ve taken the first step toward your well-being by reaching out. Whether this is your first time meeting with a counselor or you consider yourself a therapy professional, it’s okay to have a mixture of emotions in anticipation of your first appointment with me. We will jump in and work together to identify your goals and aspirations for your journey – one step at a time!
