Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience and more than a decade in advanced practice. My background in geriatrics, hospice and palliative care, and chronic illness has shaped my holistic, person-centered approach to care. I now focus on mental health, supporting people as they build stability, resilience, and improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a whole-person perspective. My background in hospice, chronic illness, and complex medical care has shaped how I view mental health as deeply connected to overall well-being and quality of life. I work with clients to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that support both mental health and daily functioning.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to care. I will ask questions about your current concerns, history, and goals so we can develop a shared understanding of your needs. Together, we will begin creating a treatment plan that feels supportive and tailored to you.
