Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping teens and adults navigate stress, anxiety, and those "where do I go from here?" moments. I earned my master's in School and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, and I'm also a certified K-12 school counselor and teacher.

I work with people across a lot of life stages, but I have a particular soft spot for young adults figuring out their next chapter, parents running on empty, and educators who spend all day holding space for others and have nothing left for themselves. I also support people navigating job stress, burnout, identity questions, relationship shifts, and that quiet but persistent feeling that something needs to change. All sessions are online — no commute, no waiting room, just a place to actually breathe.

My approach to therapy

Warm, honest, and solution-focused — with room to laugh when it helps. I pull from a mix of approaches including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, which basically means we look at how you think, what's getting in your way, and the stories you've been carrying around. It's flexible and tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

There's always space to vent — sometimes that's exactly what you need. But my real goal is to help you walk away with practical tools and tangible steps you can actually use. I balance empathy with gentle challenge, because feeling understood and moving forward aren't mutually exclusive.

What you can expect from me

Honestly? A real conversation. You don't need to show up with the perfect words or an organized emotional spreadsheet. We'll start where you are, talk through what's been feeling heavy or confusing, and figure out together what needs to shift. I'll ask questions, you'll share what feels right, and we'll start making sense of what's on your plate — what's working, what's not, and what a realistic path forward might look like. It's supportive, no-pressure, and yes, we'll probably laugh at some point too.
