Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here! Getting help and starting therapy can feel scary and vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate this process alone. As a therapist, I prioritize creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and empowered to find your path forward.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience supporting individuals with a variety of issues, including eating disorders, negative body image and self-esteem, trauma, OCD, depression, and anxiety. Throughout my career as a therapist, I have worked in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care. I practice mainly from a client-centered and integrative lens, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy-enhanced for eating disorders (CBT-E), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and humor (yes, you can laugh in therapy!). Together, we will work to create a personalized approach that best meets your needs and supports you in moving towards a life that is more aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

I am deeply committed to my work and clients, and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and change. I strive to show up in a genuine and authentic way so that you can feel safe in coming as you are. That connection and trust is where healing can truly begin.
