I have extensive experience supporting individuals with a variety of issues, including eating disorders, negative body image and self-esteem, trauma, OCD, depression, and anxiety. Throughout my career as a therapist, I have worked in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care. I practice mainly from a client-centered and integrative lens, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy-enhanced for eating disorders (CBT-E), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and humor (yes, you can laugh in therapy!). Together, we will work to create a personalized approach that best meets your needs and supports you in moving towards a life that is more aligned with your values.
