Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Jena, and I'm here to help! I've been a therapist for over 20 years, primarily specializing in crisis intervention. At this point in my career, I'm ready to collaborate with my clients and help them grow to their greatest potential. I understand how hard life can be and I'm ready to walk beside you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I utilize CBT, Narrative, ACT, Solution-focused, and attachment-based approaches to help clients find clarity, healing, and growth. I specialized in LGBTQ+ concerns, trauma, spirituality, grief and loss, addiction, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will build a secure relationship that allows for and encourages vulnerability, a trait that I view as necessary for growth. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space to explore how your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors contribute to your mental wellbeing. Together, we will develop a specialized treatment plan that focuses on your specific needs and your individual strengths.
