Great to meet you!

I am a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. I graduated from Liberty University with both my Bachelor's of Science Psychology, Christian Counseling with a minor in Special Education and with my Master's of Arts Professional Counseling. I have nearly a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples and adults.

My approach to therapy

Working together, to discover how past/current negative habits and thought patterns impact choices, interactions with others, and possible prevention of desired future goal successes. With support and guidance, you can establish effective communication skills, gain the ability to create and maintain healthy boundaries and relationships, develop self-awareness, self-acceptance, and positive coping skills, as you navigate through life with a refreshed outlook finding acceptance, peace, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Throughout the counseling process, we will work together building a trusting therapeutic relationship as we identify, explore, and overcome personal barriers and challenges. Therapy approaches may differ as each client is unique with their own needs and goals. My goal is to create a safe, accepting, and culturally sensitive environment for each client.
