Great to meet you!

Welcome, my name is Jenilee Hopkins. I’m a passionate therapist who believes that healing begins in a space of safety, compassion, and genuine connection. If you're feeling weighed down by life and need someone to help you, I’m here for you. Together, we'll explore patterns, nurture self-compassion, and uncover the inner wisdom that supports authentic change. I’m here to walk with you on your journey, side by side. Remember, you’re not alone. There is hope for a brighter future and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

If you are feeling weighed down by trauma, addiction, anxiety, or depression, I want you to know there is hope. You might be tired of old patterns, searching for peace, or simply longing to feel more balanced and connected to yourself again. We can begin taking steps towards lasting and meaningful change, so that you can get your life back. Together, we’ll explore what it means to move from emotional suffering toward healing. You don’t have to have it all figured out — just a willingness to begin.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle beginning — a space to get to know each other and start building a foundation of trust. We’ll take time to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what goals you’d like to move toward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Many clients describe the first session as a relief — a chance to finally exhale, be heard, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on them. My goal is for you to leave feeling safe, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
