Great to meet you!

I believe every individual has the capacity and courage to learn, grow, and make positive choices for their present and future. Throughout my career, I have worked with people to strengthen mental health, improve academic and professional performance, and build skills for long-term success. I continued to be humbled by the determination people have to tackle challenges and hardships to improve their quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I am strengths-based in my approach to therapy and know human nature is resilient and the brain continues to create new pathways with the positive interventions. Making lasting change is hard work and needs a balance of kindness, feedback and gentle humor. I believe in creating space to acknowledge and celebrate growth and change.

What you can expect from me

I am excited to meet new clients to see if we are a good therapeutic fit. I am inquisitive of where you are in life's journey and what changes you are seeking to make. Together in our first session we will create a list of goals and begin to roadmap our work together.
