Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and am nationally credentialed as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon. I have extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation including mental health, physical disability, and vocational rehabilitation. My clients tend to seek support in the areas of disability and chronic illness, career change and professional/workplace struggles, and life stage transitions.

My approach to therapy

I view counseling as a collaborative process. I take a person-centered approach and believe that you are the expert in your own experience. I use the feminist theoretical lens in my work, meaning that I view politics and political structures as having a direct personal impact on my clients. My role is to support you in finding your inner strength, building confidence, and returning your power back into your hands.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to assist clients in finding solid ground and building self-compassion. I enjoy empowering clients to unlock their inner strength and self-confidence.
