Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Denver with a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology. I have worked in a number of settings, including outpatient, offense specific, residential, crisis, and mobile response. I specialize in substance use, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, as well as day to day stressors.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When meeting with me, you can expect compassion and empathy, as well as someone who will keep you accountable to your goals. I engage in evidence based and trauma informed practice, with an emphasis in solution focused brief therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

After our first session, you will have a treatment plan outlining your primary concerns and goals. I like to be concrete in our action steps so that we are always on the same page. Depending on your needs, I may assign handouts or homework, and you will always leave with an understanding of what comes next in our time together.
