Great to meet you!
Couples often come to therapy feeling exhausted by the same arguments, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how they became more like roommates than partners. Others arrive after a rupture — loss of trust, resentment, communication breakdowns, parenting stress, or life transitions that have strained the relationship. If you still care about each other but feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, therapy can help.
I work exclusively with couples and have more than 10 years of experience helping people rebuild connection, improve communication, and better understand one another beneath the conflict. My approach is active, balanced, and compassionate. I don’t believe in assigning blame or choosing sides. Instead, I help couples identify the patterns keeping them disconnected and develop healthier ways of responding to each other.
