Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe that prioritizing our mental health is the key to happiness and stability in our lives. Sometimes the hardest part of the process is reaching out for help, so I am glad that you are here. I have been in practice for over 5 years now. I work with clients from ages 12-65 who are struggling with anxiety, grief, depression, addiction, trauma and any and all life changes or stressors.

My approach to therapy

I believe that approaches to therapy will vary from person to person. I work a lot with cognitive behavioral therapy in conjunction with dialectical behavioral therapy. I feel that a person centered, compassionate approach to therapy works to help create a safe environment to help you feel heard, respected and safe.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you will have the ability to share your story with me and what your goals are for your ongoing healing journey. I make therapy a partnership so we can work together to get you to where you want to be and make your goals acheiveable. I work to create a warm, safe environment that allows for you to feel comfortable while sharing with me the parts that have brought you to see me.
