Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jenna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I attended Northwestern University for undergraduate studies and received my Master of Arts in Social Work from University of Chicago. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent people, particularly those navigating autism, anxiety, or sensory and emotional regulation challenges. My background includes training in a variety of approaches ranging from more traditional talk-based therapies to play-based therapies. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients and families who may feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by traditional models of therapy.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, flexible, and low-pressure space where clients are free to show up exactly as they are. I believe in meeting clients where they are and honoring their communication style, sensory needs, and nervous system responses. I incorporate mindfulness practices to bring gentle awareness to our experiences, helping clients develop insight and tools to. I often use creative, body-informed, and low-demand strategies to support connection and expression, especially when traditional talk therapy doesn’t quite fit.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported and encouraged without pressure or judgment. Whether we’re working through emotional regulation, identity, relationships, or everyday overwhelm, I aim to co-create a space that feels steady and grounded. Sessions often focus on helping clients develop self-understanding, practice self-regulation, feel more connected to themselves and to others, and feel an increased sense of control in their lives.
