I obtained by master's degree in 2023 from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in trauma therapy, PTSD treatment, anxiety and OCD treatment, and substance use/addiction. I have additional experience working with survivors of domestic/intimate partner violence and human trafficking. I have recently obtained my credential as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP).

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and improve overall well-being. My counseling style is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals to support their healing and growth. I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
