Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is truly something special. I value and honor the unique opportunity to walk alongside my clients through various seasons and challenges, and am so grateful to offer support to those I work with! I find professional fulfillment in helping clients create meaningful change in their lives that promotes overall life satisfaction, personal well-being, and improved contentment.

My approach to therapy

I work with people navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges, among other concerns. My approach is rooted in helping you recognize your strengths and resilience, rather than focusing only on what feels “wrong.” I take a holistic view of well-being, looking at how different parts of your life—like your thoughts, health, relationships, environment, and support systems—interact and shape your experience. Together, we’ll build practical skills, deepen your understanding of what you’re going through, and explore practical tools so you can create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Starting in our very first session, I will work with you to make your therapeutic experience as fulfilling as possible. It is very important to me to provide a welcoming, authentic, and supportive therapeutic experience for my clients; a space where all feel heard, understood, and validated. To achieve this, we'll work together to identify your specific needs and goals and collaborate on a game plan to help you achieve these goals.
