Great to meet you!

My clients should know that I show up as a real person in the room—not just as a therapist. I believe in creating a space where honesty, humor, and healing can coexist. I understand that everyone’s story is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs while walking alongside you at your pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based practices with practical strategies that fit each person’s unique experiences. I draw from modalities such as cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to support healing and growth. I aim to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to — the session moves at your pace. Together, we’ll begin to identify what you need most and set a foundation for your therapeutic journey.
