Great to meet you!

Hello there. I’m glad you’re here. It means you’re looking for something to change, and you’re taking action to make it happen. I’ve recently taken action and returned to my professional roots, working directly with people looking for personal fulfillment, happiness, and hope. I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 18 years and serve clients in New Hampshire, New Mexico and Colorado through telehealth appointments. I’ve also worked in administrative roles establishing mental health access across the country.

I know how important mental, emotional and spiritual health is – individually and collectively. It’s the path to living our best lives. It’s what helps us thrive. And, it can change our world. I believe that we all have limitless potential and capacity to learn from what’s hard, and use it to become the best versions of ourselves.

My approach to therapy

Using a strength’s-based approach that’s grounded in evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Systems Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I’ve helped adults manage anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions.

Together, we can navigate challenges related to grief, family and relationship trauma, spiritual abuse, identity formation, sexuality, decision-making, self-esteem, and personal growth. I offer personalized and practical tools to help you cultivate self-compassion, curiosity, healing, and connection.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll experience empathy and psychological safety as we excavate thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will experience an environment where you feel comfortable disclosing what’s hard and feel safe in vulnerability. Together, we’ll explore ways to develop insight, growth, and lasting positive change.

If you want to face your challenges now, build deeper connections, and move toward an authentic, fulfilling life I can’t wait to work with you. Thank you for your consideration and bravery!
