I am a kind, compassionate and active listener here to assist you in finding relief, confidence and peace in your life. I have been providing counseling for the past eighteen years that include a variety of treatment settings (facility, in home/school, outpatient and private practice settings). I am a licensed professional counselor, board certified art therapist and certified in grief/loss and trauma counseling. I specialize in thought, adjustment, trauma, relationship and grief/loss issues.

My approach to therapy

I will create a safe and supportive space for you to talk about your feelings with zero judgment and honest communication. I provide active listening, value the importance of therapeutic alliance, provide helpful insights, skills, and observations while always being open to correction. I provide integrative approaches from positive psychology, mindfulness, somatic interventions, motivational interviewing and humanistic approaches that will help you find your growth and self-actualization.
