Great to meet you!

For over 20 years, I have studied human development and how fear can limit a person’s capacity to experience the fullness of life and love they long for. With specialized training in both the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples uncover what a life of true fullness looks, feels, and sounds like for them.

My approach to therapy

I strive to reframe relationship conflict and struggle as an invitation to discover what we all truly desire: deeper, more authentic, and meaningful connections. In our work together, we’ll explore what it might look like to turn toward pain or conflict rather than away from it—and consider how this shift could transform your relationships.

What you can expect from me

My true passion is helping individuals and couples lead more authentic, balanced lives by harmonizing their inner selves and fostering the healing of past wounds. This work strengthens self-leadership, heals deep-seated pain, transforms and integrates protective parts into empowered allies, builds psychological resilience, and nurtures compassion for oneself and others.
