I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist and am passionate about providing safe spaces through play to families who have been affected by trauma. I have been working alongside children and families for 10+ years in the early childhood/elementary education field as an Elementary teacher and school counselor.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) as a TBRI Practitioner & TraumaPlay Certified. I have also completed EMDR Basic Training and Theraplay Level 1 training. In my clinical work I often utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Bibliotherapy, and so many more, all within a Family Systems approach.
