Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re already carrying stress, anxiety, relationship challenges or emotional exhaustion. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting concerns, life transitions and emotional overwhelm. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized, not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you move toward healthier relationships, improved confidence and greater emotional balance.

I strive to help clients feel safe being fully themselves while creating lasting, realistic change at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, attachment-based approaches, and family systems therapy to support each client’s unique needs and experiences.

I work with clients to better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships while developing practical coping strategies that can be used in everyday life. I also value helping clients strengthen communication, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and relationship dynamics.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, stress, or major life changes, therapy can be a space to gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what goals you hope to achieve. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the beginning.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to explore your needs, answer any questions you may have, and begin creating a plan that feels helpful and realistic for you.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to build a path forward that aligns with your goals and values.
