Great to meet you!

As we journey through life, we all face challenges. These very challenges can facilitate insight and awareness towards growth. I believe everyone has the potential to transform themselves and their lives. This begins with opening oneself to the journey. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with clients on issues such as stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, job stress, adapting to change, and self esteem.

My approach to therapy

I engage in client-centered and relational therapy that centers on strengthening connection and promoting a supportive, non judgemental environment for theraputic work. I also specialize in mindfulness-based and traditional cognitive stradegies as well as therapeutic yoga, sound healing and meditation techniques.

What you can expect from me

In your initial counseling session, we will begin by reviewing standard intake paperwork, discussing informed consent, and establishing a clear understanding of your rights and confidentiality. We also will explore what brought you to therapy and your personal background so I can fully understand what you would like to work on.
