Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland. I support adults navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, adjusting to change, or feeling overwhelmed, you deserve

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, build coping strategies, and work toward goals that matter to you. Seeking support can feel difficult, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I’m here to meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. Our first session is about getting to know each other and beginning to build trust.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and sources of support. We’ll also discuss my approach, confidentiality, and any questions you have. You don’t need to have the right words or tell your whole story right away.
