Hi! I'm Jennifer Campbell. Beginning therapy can seem like a scary thing to do. You may feel nervous about meeting your therapist or what others may think of you. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each individual's unique experiences and strengths. After your first session you will feel more at ease and have tools to help lesson bothersome symptoms.
