Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who works with thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who may look “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or the pressure to keep it all together. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, increase awareness, and better understand what’s going on beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in attachment-based and experiential approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we’ll explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so we can begin to shift them in a meaningful way. I tend to ask thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions, not to push, but to help us see things more clearly. At the same time, I bring a steady, non-judgmental presence so you feel supported as we do this work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin getting to know each other and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of this process. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, and together, we’ll start building a clearer sense of what’s going on and what steps forward might look like.
