Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience helping people move through life's hardest moments. I work with teenagers, individuals, couples, and families facing depression, trauma, anxiety, role transitions, and caregiver stress. I also support couples navigating infidelity or relational distress, and I feel honored to be part of that journey. I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova University in 2013, and that training still shapes how I show up for clients today.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends insight and direction. I want to help you see the patterns that keep showing up in your life, shift the dynamics that aren't working, and create real, lasting change. I lean on cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but I always tailor the mix to what you actually need. Above all, I aim to build a safe, open, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely. I practice active listening so you always feel heard and prioritized, not just processed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll complete an initial assessment, talk through your history, and start mapping out a therapeutic plan that fits your life and goals. I keep communication clear and collaborative from the very first conversation, so you always know what we're working on and why. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before we begin. My goal is simply to understand where you're starting from, so we can move forward together with a plan that actually makes sense for you.
