Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working in rural and tribal communities, including on the Navajo Nation, where I witnessed firsthand the need for quality, trauma-informed, and decolonized care. I specialize in complex PTSD, personality disorders, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-harm, adjustment disorders, and neurodiversity. I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and bring a queer-affirming, culturally sensitive lens to everything I do. My goal is to help you walk your own path toward healing without making assumptions about who you are or what you have already been told about yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is somatic, trauma-informed, and decolonized. I draw on EMDR, DBT, psychodynamic frameworks, and expressive modalities including art therapy and play therapy. I work to center your needs and meet you where you are, adapting my training to honor your lived experience, cultural background, and identity rather than fitting you into a predetermined framework. I believe in not making assumptions about prior diagnoses and in working with you as a whole person.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to begin getting to know each other and understand what has brought you here. I create a nonjudgmental, affirming space where you can share at your own pace. I will listen carefully and make sure you feel genuinely seen and heard. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of how we might work together. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
