Great to meet you!

Hi, During the day I work as a school counselor and in the evening I provide counseling as part of a group practice. I have extensive experience working with kids and teens and enjoy helping people learn skills to cope with depression, anxiety, stress and life transitions. My approach is solution focused and uses techniques from a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and other counseling theories as appropriate.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are at and work with them to reach the goals that they identify in the initial session and clarify throughout ongoing sessions. I provide feedback on observations, teach skills and encourage new ways of thinking and behaviors that will lead to desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

It is my hope that clients will reach the goals that they set out to accomplish and will learn the skills they need to lead happy and fulfilled lives.
