Great to meet you!

My name is Jennifer Cole, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, addictions with co-occurring diagnoses, and the impacts of trauma, including sexual assault and domestic violence.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I believe in the healing power of stories and creativity and the ways our experiences shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. I often invite clients to reflect, explore, and build resilience through personal exploration, narrative work, and self-expression. Together, we can make space for your experiences, recognize your strengths, and explore new ways of understanding your story as you move toward meaningful growth and change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore what you’re experiencing, what feels most important to you, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to help me better understand your experiences and goals, while giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you would like to focus on and how therapy can best support you moving forward.
