Great to meet you!

I have been a psychotherapist for twenty plus years. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, incorporating the mind, body and spirit as one. I believe that each person has purpose and my goal is to provide guidance and facilitation to help clients reconnect with self. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop practical strategies to achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
