About Me

What should your client know about you?

Many of the individuals I work with carry the invisible weight of anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or a deep sense of disconnection from themselves or others. They often arrive feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how they got to this point or how to move forward. They have done their best to manage, sometimes by shutting down, avoiding conflict, people-pleasing, or staying constantly busy. These strategies may have helped in the past, but now they feel limiting and exhausting. My clients are ready for something more. They want clarity, healthier boundaries, emotional stability, and deeper, more fulfilling connections.

I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, emotional distress, identity exploration, or stuck patterns in their relationships. I use a personalized approach to help clients uncover the roots of their struggles, build emotional resilience, and make meaningful, lasting change. I provide a space that is safe and supportive.

You deserve to feel more connected, confident, and in control of your life. I am currently accepting new clients, so if you are ready to move beyond surviving and begin living with more purpose and authenticity.

What is your approach to therapy?

Based on your individual needs I will use different methods of therapy. I believe that a trusting working relationship between therapist and client is very important. I am comfortable working with various cultures and lifestyles and feel that my ability to remain accepting, respectful, and genuine are my personal strengths.

What can clients expect from their first session with you?

You can expect our first session to be a mix of listening and mapping things out together. I’ll ask questions to understand what brings you here and what you’d like to see change. We’ll start shaping some goals, knowing that both of us will play an active role.
