I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20 years' experience in the mental health field. I have worked with all age groups from 5 – 98 years old in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes.

My approach to therapy

I have a passion for providing holistic care focusing on the mind, body and spirit. I will take into account each individual’s culture, socioeconomic status, background, environment, lifestyle and nutrition when developing a treatment plan. My goal is to develop a collaborative relationship with you to help meet your goals and to create a life of peace and balance in your mental, physical and spiritual health.
