Great to meet you!

Everyone goes through difficult times in their lives, finding the right therapist matters, and you do not need to go through it alone. I provide a safe and positive environment fostering growth and empowerment. I feel honored when I get to walk with individuals through their life’s experiences. I find great joy in watching my clients discover their strengths, finding direction after feeling stuck, seeing relationships in families blossom, and watching individuals learn to thrive.

My approach to therapy

With over 10 years of experience being a therapist, I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds involving challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, attention and focusing issues, grief/loss, stress, relationship, low self-esteem, and parenting concerns. I have a specialty with the military and military families. I use a holistic approach and trauma-informed care to incorporate techniques that include cognitive, dialectical, mindfulness, strength-based, and solution focused techniques.

What you can expect from me

Today is the day to begin your journey to find hope, peace, and positive change. I am committed and passionate about helping you to find the tools you need to overcome the challenges before you. If you are looking for a safe and encouraging person to travel through your journey, contact me today!
