Great to meet you!

Everyone goes through difficult times in their lives, finding the right therapist matters, and you do not need to go through it alone. I provide a safe and positive environment fostering growth and empowerment. I feel honored when I get to walk with individuals through their life’s experiences. I find great joy in watching my clients discover their strengths, finding direction after feeling stuck, seeing relationships in families blossom, and watching individuals learn to thrive.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With over 10 years of experience being a therapist, I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds involving challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, attention and focusing issues, grief/loss, stress, relationship, low self-esteem, and parenting concerns. I have a specialty with the military and military families. I use a holistic approach and trauma-informed care to incorporate techniques that include cognitive, dialectical, mindfulness, strength-based, and solution focused techniques.
