Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I have a Master's in Social Work. I'm licensed therapist in Illinois and Iowa (LCSW, LISW, CADC) who supports children, teens, and adults navigating school stress, anxiety, behavior challenges, big emotions, substance use, legal concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a mix of play-based approaches, tapping (EFT), and evidence-based tools like Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and ACT. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and even a little creative. EMDR coming soon- training July 2025

What you can expect from our first session

My sessions are calm, supportive, and built around each person’s strengths. Clients often leave feeling more confident, regulated, and equipped with practical tools they can use right away.
