Hi, I’m Jennifer! I have a Master's in Social Work. I'm licensed therapist in Illinois and Iowa (LCSW, LISW, CADC) who supports children, teens, and adults navigating school stress, anxiety, behavior challenges, big emotions, substance use, legal concerns.
I use a mix of play-based approaches, tapping (EFT), and evidence-based tools like Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and ACT. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and even a little creative. EMDR Therapist In-Training - I’m working with an EMDR Consultant during my first year to grow my skills and give you the best support possible as we use EMDR together. This means you’ll benefit from both my fresh training and the guidance of an experienced EMDR professional as I continue to learn.
My sessions are calm, supportive, and built around each person’s strengths. Clients often leave feeling more confident, regulated, and equipped with practical tools they can use right away.
