Great to meet you!

I've had the honor of walking through some of life's toughest moments with people over the past 20 years of my career, and it has shaped the person and clinician I am today. I look forward to meeting you regardless of the season of life you may be experiencing, and sharing my education, training and experience with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe that within the context of a supportive therapeutic relationship, insight, skills and growth are possible. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and validated, a relationship where you can trust and be challenged, and an opportunity for you to meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

I conduct 15 min free consultations to ensure my training and experience are a good fit for your needs. In the initial session I am mindful of the relationship we are building. I appreciate hearing a summary of your story and your general goals for therapy. In follow up sessions we continue to build on the therapeutic relationship, review insights and feelings from the past session and clarify goals. Together we will make note of themes or patterns and work on skills that align with your values and goals.
