Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults for over 20 years. I have worked across the lifespan with clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family of origin issues, women's issues, and more.

My approach to therapy

Successful therapy begins, and continues with, a trusting and engaged relationship between the client and therapist. I engage clients with warmth, care, and genuineness. I use several therapeutic modalities. Most importantly, I use a strengths-based perspective while keeping client self-determination in mind.

What you can expect from me

As a team, the client and I develop goals, strategies, and tools to address their concerns. Treatment goals are based on what clients would like to focus on and how I can support those goals. Clients leave sessions feeling supported, validated, and empowered.
