Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Jennifer. With 15 years of experience in the counseling field, I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack Graduate School of Counseling in New York. My career has taken me from New York City to Dallas to Colorado, and I've worked with clients of all ages in these diverse settings. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, and spiritual abuse.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about utilizing a person-centered, empathic approach to empower you to be the best version of yourself. I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including art therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, family systems, and narrative therapy.

What you can expect from me

Do you desire a safe space to share your story and work through your feelings, anxiety, and depression? I believe in creating a space where you can feel safe and supported as you explore your story. I am here to come alongside you on your journey, to take a seat with you on your path, and to help you feel seen and heard. Together, we can develop tools to navigate the journey of life.
