Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma and have nearly 8 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of treatment settings. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, stress, life transitions, and other emotional challenges that can make daily life feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I’m a creative thinker and believe effective therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to each client’s individual needs, goals, and personality. Some sessions may have a serious tone, while others may include humor and lighthearted moments when appropriate. I strive to create a genuine, down-to-earth space where clients feel comfortable talking openly without fear of judgment. Whether someone is working through anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, stress, relationship issues, or life changes, my focus is on helping them better understand their patterns, build practical coping tools, and move toward greater emotional balance and confidence.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what led you to seek therapy, and identifying the areas you’d like to work on. We’ll also talk about your goals and answer any questions you may have about the counseling process. Whether you are coming in for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, stress, or a difficult life transition, my goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I want you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more clear about the direction of our work together.
