Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here!

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating family conflict, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a major life change, you don't have to face it alone. Life can be incredibly challenging, and sometimes it's hard to know where to begin. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping people find clarity, healing, and hope through life's most difficult seasons. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported from the very first conversation.

My professional background includes clinical social work, pediatric healthcare, telehealth therapy, military-connected family support, domestic violence advocacy, and social work education. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in pediatric respiratory care with medically complex children and their families, an experience that continues to shape my understanding of caregiving, medical stress, grief, resilience, and the many ways families adapt during difficult times. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, family conflict, caregiver stress, medical and pediatric illness-related challenges, military family concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine partnership, not a place where you're expected to have all the answers. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths you already have. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma informed, strengths based, and systems informed. I tailor therapy to your unique needs because no two people experience life the same way. Whether you're working through painful experiences, managing anxiety, processing grief, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I strive to create a space where you feel respected, empowered, and supported. My goal is not only to help you cope with today's challenges but to equip you with practical tools and lasting insight that continue to serve you long after our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you've never done it before or if previous experiences left you feeling unheard. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. In our sessions, you can expect real conversations in a calm, compassionate environment where there is no pressure to be perfect. We'll take the time to understand what's been weighing on you, identify what's helping or getting in your way, and create meaningful goals that fit your life. I want you to leave each session feeling a little lighter, more understood, and more confident in your ability to move forward. Therapy is a place where healing happens one conversation at a time, and where lasting change begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself.

Reaching out for support is an act of courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges on your own. Whether you're facing a difficult season, searching for greater clarity, or simply looking for a space where you can be yourself without judgment, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. When you're ready, I look forward to meeting you and helping you take the next step toward healing, growth, and a more grounded, fulfilling life.
