Great to meet you!

I'm an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky (LCSW), Indiana (LCSW), Minnesota (LICSW), Ohio (LISW-S), and West Virginia (LICSW), and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Kentucky. My experience is in autism, multiple disabilities, and miscarriage or stillbirth within the family system. My passion is in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex medical situations, including new diagnoses of physical and/or mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families process through life's challenges. Whether you have a new diagnosis, or are facing a life transition, I am excited to work with you to create a life worth living. I offer individual mental health therapy, miscarriage/stillbirth support for couples, and therapy services for newly-diagnosed neurodivergent people (autism, ADHD, etc.).

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know each other and decide if we're a good fit. We'll talk about your goals and objectives, focusing on your priorities. I will send you some intake forms before our first session, and it helps me if you have it completed so that I know a little about you before we start. I will ask you a lot of questions about your goals and objectives, and I hope you feel free to ask me questions, too!
