Great to meet you!

Before stepping into the world of therapy I was an artist. Whether I was welding, sculpting, or painting, creating gave me space to process, express, and discover myself and my calling. Later, my academic journey through neurobiology and pre-med deepened my awe for the human brain, body, and mind—how intricately they’re connected, and how they constantly strive to protect and guide us, even in the hardest moments. This systemic way of thinking led me to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). As a systems thinker, I deeply respect all of you—your background, culture, family, race, gender, and all the unique experiences that shape your identity.

My approach to therapy

In therapy with me, you can expect a warm, collaborative space where your voice is honored. I believe you already hold the answers you’re seeking—my role is to help you uncover them. Our work together blends insight, intuition, and a deep respect for your story. I attune closely to what’s said and felt, helping you notice the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that may be shaping your current experience.

In our first session, we’ll begin with a genogram—a visual map of your relational and family history—to better understand how the past might still influence the present.

Along the way, I will utilize several different therapy modalities that match what you seek. I also specialize in Brainspotting Therapy, a powerful and efficient mind-body modality that helps access and release deep emotional and physical pain. Many clients find that Brainspotting accelerates their healing, helping them process trauma, stuck emotions, or long-held patterns in a way that feels both targeted and deeply relieving. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to feel more connected to your resilience, truth, and a meaningful and aligned life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions with a renewed sense of hope and confidence in their ability to grow, heal, and make meaningful change. They begin to see that the strength and clarity they’re looking for already exist within them and that, together, we can create a path forward toward their goals.
