Great to meet you!

I am a clinical and forensic psychologist with almost 20 years of experience who helps others find their inner resilience by easing depression, reducing anxiety, and strengthening coping skills. I bring both professional expertise and meaningful lived experience to my work, allowing me to connect with clients in a way that is both compassionate and deeply informed.

My approach to therapy

I support individuals facing depression, anxiety, suicide risk, violence risk, and significant stress. My approach is genuine, direct, and solution‐focused, offering a steady, supportive space where people can move toward clarity, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first meeting is a calm, supportive conversation focused on helping you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll review confidentiality, discuss what brought you in, and explore your current concerns at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your needs and explain how I work so you know what to expect moving forward. By the end, we’ll identify initial goals and outline next steps. The purpose of this first session is simply to begin building a trusting, collaborative foundation.
