Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted—often people who are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, or the emotional weight of caring for others, and they’re looking for therapy that feels steady, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive.

With over 15 years of experience, I provide trauma-informed therapy that helps clients better understand their nervous system, reduce anxiety symptoms, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. My approach is relational, collaborative, and paced to meet you where you are—without pressure to “fix” everything at once.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels safe, attuned, and practical. I draw from evidence-based and neuroscience-informed approaches, including trauma-focused work, EMDR-informed care, and interpersonal process therapy. Together, we work to build emotional regulation skills, increase self-understanding, and gently shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve you.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, respected, and supported in our work—and that therapy with me feels both grounding and effective.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are taken seriously. We’ll focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, developing tools you can use outside of sessions, and tracking progress in ways that feel realistic and meaningful.

I especially enjoy working with:

  • Adults managing anxiety, PTSD, or trauma
  • LGBTQIA+ individuals
  • High-functioning, overwhelmed professionals
  • Clients navigating major life transitions or relationship stress
